drawing above on the left is an approximate floor plan of the studio (not
completely to scale, but close enough). It will give you a good idea of
how the space of the studio is divided. Total floor space of the studio alone is approximately 590 sq
feet.
The
drawing above on the right is an approximate floor plan of the entire property. The tenant's area is outlined in color and completely self-contained. The tenant enters from the garden gate at the very left of the drawing and continues to the private entrance. The other tenant entrance interior on the right is used only as an emergency entrance, but also has a slider with screen for creating air circulation in the studio.
