One month payable in advance $1600,
includes all utilities--gas, electric, internet, garbage, wifi
Payable on commencement of rental, refundable within approx one month of vacating, minus damage.
The studio is really only suitable for one person, though guests are allowed with the owner's consent.

The drawing at the right is an approximate floor plan of the studio (not completely to scale, but close enough). It will give you a good idea of how the space is divided. Total floor space is approximately 590 sq feet. More description on the Layout page.
The studio has its own electrical sub-panel to control all outlets and appliances.
The studio has gas-fired central heating and air-conditioning, controlled from the bedroom's easy to operate thermostat.
We have air-conditioning (but it is expensive and only used on the hottest days), and we do provide fans in case the weather turns moderately warm.
